We are currently seeking an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to join one of the largest and most renowned Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) contractors in the UK, based in Oxford. This is a fantastic opportunity to manage a commercial scheme starting in April, with a leading company that has partnered with Tier 1 contractors such as Ardmore, Bouygues, and Balfour Beatty on residential and commercial projects.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead and manage the mechanical aspects of the project from planning through to completion.
2. Ensure the project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
3. Liaise with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.
4. Oversee the mechanical installation teams and subcontractors, ensuring efficiency and compliance with safety and quality standards.
5. Manage and report on the progress of mechanical works, addressing any issues that arise on-site.
6. Prepare and monitor project timelines, budgets, and resource requirements.
7. Collaborate with other project managers and teams to ensure smooth integration of all trades.
8. Ensure all mechanical systems meet relevant standards and regulations.

Requirements:

1. Significant experience as a Mechanical Project Manager, ideally within both residential and commercial construction projects.
