• Experience working on Design and Build projects
• Proactive and practical approach on site to ensure checks are performed and issues resolved
• Excellent communication skills to report progress to high-level management

Responsibilities:

• Act as the No.1 on site, coordinating M&E works
• Collaborate with internal design teams to review scope and procurement issues
• Oversee installation and site checks to prevent issues
• Manage engineering works and report to the contracts director
