Join our client on large commercial projects as a Mechanical Senior Project Manager.

About the Role:

Our client is one of Europe's biggest contractors and is looking to grow their M&E team for large commercial projects in London. As a result of a stable history of winning work, there is an opportunity to work on large commercial buildings with substantial M&E packages (£50 million plus). Key Responsibilities:

• Provide regular progress updates to the M&E Project Director, maintaining clear communication and transparency throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage a mechanical package of up to £10 to 20 million with support.
• Build relationships with subcontractors and the wider engineering teams.
• Manage the engineering team from (PCSA) project inception to final handover, ensuring all deliverables meet the highest standards.

Skills and Background:

• Strong background in mechanical engineering, with proven experience as a Mechanical Senior Project Manager delivering major M&E projects valued between £10 million and £20 million.
• Ability to work with and manage diverse teams.
• Take responsibility for workload and provide assistance to others where necessary.
• ONC or above preferred, but experience is the key background.
