About the Role

We are seeking a results-driven Mechanical Project Manager to oversee the full lifecycle of mechanical services delivery across diverse construction projects. The successful candidate will play a key role in planning, coordination, and on-site execution ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage mechanical installations from concept to completion across commercial, residential, and industrial projects

• Lead on planning, scheduling, budgeting, and cost management

• Coordinate internal teams and subcontractors, ensuring compliance with H&S, building regs, and QA standards

• Serve as the primary client contact, providing progress updates and managing expectations

• Monitor project KPIs, mitigating risks and implementing corrective actions where needed

Requirements

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Building Services (or equivalent experience)

• Minimum 5 years experience managing mechanical packages on construction projects

• Strong knowledge of HVAC, piping, and fire protection systems

• Proficient in project management tools such as MS Project or Asta

• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
