Job summary

Page Green is seeking an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to oversee decarbonisation and infrastructure projects, including air source heat pumps, in Central London. This role focuses on M&E building services for commercial fit-out projects up to about £15m M&E value, with all work centered in London.

The package includes a basic salary around £85,000 plus comprehensive benefits such as pension, healthcare, travelled pay, and a bonus scheme.

Job description

We're looking for an experienced Mechanical Project Manager with knowledge of decarbonisation / infrastructure including air source heat pumps. Our Client is a good M&E Building Services Sub Contractor. Projects are typically Category A Commercial Fitout Projects ranging up to approx. £15m M&E Value. All Work is Central London.

In addition to a basic salary to approx. 85K there is a comprehensive benefits package including pension, healthcare, paid travel and bonus system.
