Job summary

Apex M&E Solutions Ltd is recruiting an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to lead on a major MOJ programme at HMP Erlestoke, Wiltshire. You will manage mechanical building services on site, coordinating with clients, consultants and subcontractors to deliver safely, on programme and to a high standard.

We value strong on-site leadership, sound programme management and the ability to drive commissioning, handover and close-out while maintaining essential safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Mechanical Project Manager within building services.
• Strong understanding of HVAC and public health systems.
• MOJ/prison/public-sector project experience desirable.
• Experience managing mechanical subcontractors and site teams.
• Strong programme, organisational and communication skills.
• Good commercial awareness and ability to work independently.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
• Relevant mechanical building services experience essential.
• SMSTS desirable (if applicable).

Overview

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to work on a major programme of works at HMP Erlestoke in Wiltshire.

The role will involve managing mechanical building services works on site, working closely with the client, consultants, subcontractors and delivery teams to ensure projects are delivered safely, on programme and to a high standard.

Previous experience working on Ministry of Justice (MOJ) projects, prisons or other secure/public-sector environments would be highly advantageous.

Contract Details

• 12-month contract
• £400 per day
