Job description

Job Role: Mechanical Project Manager

Area: London & South East

Salary: GBP60k - GBP70k

My client is looking for a Mechanical Project Manager to join the team. The role will cover Kent, London, and Essex. Candidates should have a background in Mechanical Engineering and experience in the commercial sector.

Responsibilities:

  • Complete projects within the specified timeframe, budget, and scope.
  • Collaborate with the procurement team to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement of materials and labor.
  • Design QA reviews and submit designs for client approval.
  • Maintain and develop relationships with existing and new clients.
  • Conduct regular onsite reviews.
  • Monitor team performance to meet company standards.
  • Review staff performance, attendance, and morale.
  • Ensure health and safety compliance and prepare relevant documentation for sites.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Industry-recognized Project Management certification.
  • HNC/HND in Building Services Engineering.
  • City & Guilds certification in Mechanical Engineering.
  • Proven track record of effective industry relationships.
  • Valid full driving license.
