Streamline Recruitment are currently dealing with recurring client of ours who are looking for an ambitious Mechanical Project Manager to join their operations team in Coventry on a freelance basis. They will be responsible for overseeing up to 2 projects at once reporting directly into a Construction Director

Duties

• Reporting into a Mechanical Construction Director
• Attendance of meetings on-site and in the office
• Oversee Mechanical Supervisors
• Manage and oversee projects from start until completion, ensuring the work is completed on time
• Dealing with sub - contractors
• Reporting into clients, keeping the client up to date with progress reports
• Demonstrate experience in design review and working with the site team to clarify any queries prior to installation

Requirements

• SMSTS/ ECS Black Card is needed
• Working for a M&E sub - contractor is preferred
• Has experience within commercial projects
• Previous experience as a electrical project lead
• Stable CV
• Understanding of the commercial aspect of construction
