We're recruiting on behalf of a leading building services contractor for an experienced Project Manager to deliver HVAC, mechanical, and plumbing projects from start to finish.

What You’ll Do Run commercial M&E projects from planning to handover Lead site teams & subcontractors Manage timelines, budgets & client expectations Ensure H&S and compliance standards are met Report progress to senior management

What You’ll Need 2+ years’ PM experience (HVAC/mechanical/plumbing) SMSTS, H&S training, DBS check Strong leadership & communication skills Full UK driving licence
