About Us:

Join a dynamic Mechanical and Electrical Building Services Contractor, who are dedicated to delivering high-quality M&E solutions across various sectors. They are committed to innovation, excellence, and providing exceptional service to clients. Work across a variety of projects and sectors, such as Ministry of Justice (MoJ), data centres, commercial, finance, and retail, valued at up to £200 million.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Coordination: Manage all mechanical projects from inception to completion, developing plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Team Management: Organise and supervise site and operational staff, conducting regular site inspections and progress reports.
  • Client Engagement: Engage with clients to build and maintain strong relationships.
  • Resource Management: Ensure projects are running smoothly, and all resources needed to complete projects are delivered of procurement of plant, materials, and labour.
  • Financial Oversight: Prepare and manage project budgets, ensuring financial forecasts and budgets are accurate and timely.
  • Reporting and Documentation: Conduct project meetings, prepare reports, and complete site visits.
  • Work on projects in various sectors, including the Ministry of Justice (MoJ), data centres, commercial, finance, and retail.

What you'll need to succeed:

  • You will need a background in Mechanical Project Management within Building Services.
  • Up to £65,000 + Car Allowance of £5,800
  • 25 days Annual Leave + Bank Holidays
