Job summary

A leading construction services provider in Leeds is seeking a Mechanical Project Manager. The role involves managing all mechanical aspects of projects, ensuring timely delivery within budget and liaising with contractors. Candidates should have extensive experience in a similar role and a successful track record of delivering large-scale projects. A qualification in Construction or Project Management is preferred. This is a full-time position with additional employee support programs offered.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in a Mechanical Project Manager or similar role.

Responsibilities

• Attend project start-up meetings and manage all mechanical aspects.
• Maintain progress report weekly, reporting changes/variations.
• Liaise with main contractors and the client-based site team.
• Ensure adequate materials are always available to complete the project.
