Job Role: Mechanical Project Lead

My client is seeking a Mechanical Project Lead to join their team. The role involves managing and administering projects, ensuring client satisfaction, professional growth, overseeing team performance, procurement, scheduling, and delivering contracts on time and to high-quality standards. Strong technical knowledge and clear communication are essential, both within the team and with external partners such as supply chain, clients, and contractors.

Responsibilities:

• Full responsibility for projects
• Preparing and issuing reports
• Developing procurement schedules aligned with project timelines
• Managing project finances, including sub-contractor invoices
• Identifying opportunities and threats, proposing solutions, and recognizing the need for change
• Ensuring health & safety compliance

The ideal candidate will be:
