Are you a Mechanical Project Engineer from a Chemical/Manufacturing background looking to join a highly prestigious company offering a challenging but rewarding role to oversee and take the lead on specialist projects and to continually progress your career?

Established over 75 years ago this company is a global leader in the production of specialty chemical additives and precursors. Due to its expansion into the UK market this company is now looking for a mechanical project engineer to join their friendly team.

As a Mechanical Project Engineer your role will involve mainly carrying out the mechanical design element of the business but will also include elements of project management and inspection of machinery and healthy and safety processes. The range of projects covers a wide area including stabilisers, biodiesel, manufacturing plastic products and sealing.

This role would suit a Mechanical Design/Project Engineer looking for an autonomous role heading up specialist projects within a global company offering ongoing training and development.

The Role:
Take the lead on mechanical projects
Machinery inspection, design and process improvement
Inspection of health and safety processes
Support other departments and junior team members
