Location: Livingston (covering projects across Fife, Dundee & Perth & Kinross)
Salary: Negotiable, dependent on experience

Role Overview

We are seeking a Mechanical Project Engineer to join our client and support the successful delivery of upcoming projects. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in mechanical building services and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and oversee mechanical building services on commercial projects
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
  • Coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal teams
  • Monitor project progress and report regularly
  • Provide technical input and resolve any on-site issues
Requirements
  • Previous experience as a Project Engineer (mechanical bias) within building services/M&E
  • Strong understanding of commercial projects (healthcare, education, residential care)
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
