Job summary

Whiteoak Associates, a principal contractor, seeks a Mechanical Services Project Engineer to support the Technical Services Manager on high-end commercial office fit-out and new-build projects in the UK. You will manage M&E packages from pre-construction through to handover, coordinating with Tier One contractors and stakeholders.

Based near Reading and on site, you will oversee HVAC, chillers, ductwork, pipework and plant rooms, ensuring programme, cost and quality targets are met while

Qualifications

• Experience managing M&E packages on high-end commercial office fit-out or new-build projects in the UK.
• Proven ability to coordinate with Tier One contractors and internal stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, water services and plantroom design and delivery.

Responsibilities

• Oversee M&E packages from pre-construction to handover.

This Principal Contractor are seeking at Mechanical Services Project Engineer to work closely with a Technical Services Manager.

The company deliver Construction Projects across Berkshire, Oxfordshire, Wiltshire, Buckinghamshire Northamptonshire, and Bedfordshire.

Clients span the Motorsport , Light Industrial, Commercial Office, Pharma and NHS sectors with Project Values ranging from £250k up to £15 million.

Based out of the company office near Reading & on site, you will be working on a range of M&E packages within several Interior Fit Out and New Build Construction Projects from pre-construction phase. Mechanical Packages could include HVAC, Chillers, Ductwork, Pipework, Plant Rooms, Hot & Cold Water Supplies etc.

The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate experience managing M&E Packages on High End Commercial Office Fit Out and/or New Build Commercial Office Projects in the UK . They will have worked for a Tier One Contractor or specialist M&E Subcontractor.

The right person will be rewarded with a basic salary of between £60k-£75k plus electric car/car allowance, medical , pension, 25 days annual leave and a profit related bonus
