• Manage the full lifecycle of mechanical works from pre-construction to project handover.
• Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Maintain cost control and work closely with the QS team for financial reporting.
• Oversee technical submittals, RFIs, and resolve design issues.
• Delegate tasks effectively across the project team.
• Promote and enforce health & safety standards.

• Manage the full lifecycle of mechanical works from pre-construction to project handover
• Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery
• Maintain cost control and work closely with the QS team for financial reporting
• Oversee technical submittals, RFIs, and resolve any design issues
• Delegate tasks effectively across the project team (Engineers, Site Managers, Supervisors, etc.)
• Promote and enforce health & safety standards, including investigating and reporting any site incidents
