Job description

We are working in partnership with a highly respected Electrical and Mechanical Contractor who undertake large, medium and small projects throughout the UK.

As a result of their continued expansion, they have a permanent opening for a Mechanical Pre-Construction Director to join their team in Cardiff.

They design, specify & install the Mechanical and Electrical services for a multitude of projects in the Commercial, Industrial, Government and Healthcare sectors and have an excellent reputation for delivery, quality and the reliability of their services.

You will be required to lead their pre-construction phase for mechanical projects, overseeing mechanical design, value engineering, and bid submissions to ensure projects are feasible, commercially viable, and compliant with specifications from conception through final design. This senior role requires extensive technical expertise in mechanical systems and regulations, strong leadership to manage design teams, and excellent communication skills to foster relationships with clients and stakeholders throughout the pre-construction process.
