Dalkia UK is looking for a Mechanical Supervisor to join our Minor Works team on the Houses of Parliament account.
Purpose of the role:
To supervise the Mechanical Minor Works to ensure delivery of a high-quality service to our client, in line with contractual KPIs and SLAs.
Main Responsibilities:
- Contract Delivery: Support the team to meet and exceed KPIs and SLAs in small works, statutory compliance, remedial works, and fault repairs.
- Reporting: Ensure all records are completed and control additional costs such as overtime and travel expenses.
- Contract Opportunities: Identify additional services for added value and provide quotes.
- Subcontractors and Suppliers: Monitor and liaise with subcontractors to ensure value for money.
- Invoicing: Ensure chargeable works are captured and invoices are verified.
- Customer Service: Deliver exceptional service and resolve operational issues.
- Call Out and Cover: Support team coverage and attend emergency call-outs.
- Helpdesk: Liaise with schedulers to allocate tasks.
- Communication: Share updates regularly with team, client, and end users.
- QSHE: Comply with health and safety regulations and report hazards.
- Learning & Development: Provide ongoing training and development activities.
- Other duties: Perform additional tasks as required by the Contract Manager.
Hours of Work
- Monday to Friday, 7.30am-4.30pm
- Overtime opportunities available

Qualifications and Experience Required
- Experience in M&E field
- Level 3 Mechanical Engineering qualification or equivalent
- Customer-facing or service provider experience
- Ability to multitask in a high-pressure environment
