Job Description:

Mechanical Maintenance Engineer - Days, Monday to Friday

Great opportunity for a mechanical bias Maintenance Engineer to join one of Northern Ireland's top companies serving the agricultural sector. Working Monday to Friday, 7:30 am - 4 pm, you'll carry out mechanical maintenance and repairs on production equipment to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

Shift options may be available in the future if preferred, with higher earnings due to shift premiums. This position is currently days-only. Overtime is available at 1.5x rates, significantly increasing earnings above £40k+.

The Role:

• Mechanical maintenance and repairs on production equipment
• Preventative maintenance and breakdown response
• Fault finding and troubleshooting
• Repairs on hydraulic and pneumatic equipment
• Fitting mechanical parts and fabrication
• Working with engineering drawings
• Completing maintenance records
• Adhering to H&S and company policies

What we are looking for:

• Time-served Maintenance Fitter/Engineer
• Experience in manufacturing with automated equipment
• Excellent mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic knowledge
• Preferably experience with fabricating, lathes, and milling
