Full Time – Permanent

Location: Aston, Birmingham, West Midlands

Hours: Day Shift Monday to Friday.

Basic Salary: £40,000.00 to £45,000.00 Per Annum

Our client is the world's leading manufacturer established for over 50 years. We are currently seeking a Mechanical Maintenance Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing maintenance activities, ensuring machinery is operating efficiently, and leading a team of maintenance technicians.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Supervise and coordinate maintenance activities.
2. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
3. Conduct regular inspections of machinery and equipment.
4. Manage maintenance schedules and budgets.
5. Train and develop maintenance staff.

Minimum Requirements:

1. Experience in a supervisory role within mechanical maintenance.
2. Strong understanding of mechanical systems and maintenance practices.
3. Excellent leadership and communication skills.
4. Relevant qualifications in mechanical engineering or related field.
