Mechanical Maintenance Manager - Middlesex - 55K

I am currently representing a leading M&E Specialist who has an exciting new opportunity for a Mechanical Maintenance Manager to join a growing team in their Middlesex office.

They have been successfully operating for over 30 years as a business providing planned maintenance and reactive services to high-end commercial clientele within London & M25. The role is to help provide support to the existing management team and you will be helping support the smooth functions of services such as HVAC, Electrical, Fire & Security, Mechanical, and gas works to their portfolio of clients.

The ideal candidate would have all-around knowledge of building services and have effectively managed a team previously. Your duties would include but are not limited to:

1. Leading and managing a team of existing engineers across various disciplines.
2. Providing effective technical support and assistance in troubleshooting.
3. Asset Management and lifecycle assessments.
4. Client and stakeholder communication.
5. Documentation and knowledge management.
6. Quality assurance, H&S procedures.
7. Helping with continuous improvement of services and innovating the team.
8. Attending meetings and site visits accordingly.

The role would be 5 days a week based at their office in Middlesex with regular site visits and meetings.

In return, the client is looking to offer:

1. £50,000 - £55,000 basic salary (depending on experience).
2. Company fuel card for personal vehicle (option for company van).
