Mechanical Maintenance - Lincoln, NE

Sign-On Bonus: $3000.00!

Starting Pay: $24.00 + Depending on Experience

Shift(s) Available: Day Shift = Monday through Friday, 7:00am – 4:00pm. Ability to work any shift, including overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Install and maintain machinery and equipment.
  • Operate hoists, lift trucks, hand tools, and power tools.
  • Troubleshoot mechanical failures and pneumatic systems.
  • Repair, rebuild, and maintain mechanical drive systems.
  • Install material systems and perform fabrication tasks.
  • Report safety issues and follow GMP and HACCP policies.
  • Communicate effectively with coworkers and supervisors.
  • Participate actively in safety programs and adhere to safety procedures.
Job Requirements:
  • Commitment to safety and zero injury culture.
  • Regular and prompt attendance.
  • 3-5 years of hands-on maintenance or millwright experience.
  • High School Diploma or GED; technical training preferred.
  • Willingness to learn through training and coursework.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work in rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Physical Requirements:
  • Lift up to 50 pounds frequently, 55 pounds overhead.
  • Move up to two miles during a workday, including climbing stairs and working at heights.
  • Operate manual and powered tools, work in confined spaces, and handle chemicals safely.
