Mechanical Maintenance Engineer – £36K – Tooting Broadway

Location: Tooting Broadway

Salary: £36,000 + Plenty of Overtime

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8AM – 5PM

Our client is seeking a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to oversee Mechanical PPMs, reactive maintenance, and other Mechanical duties. The role offers a competitive package including £36,000 salary, overtime, pension, and career stability.

Duties:

• Carrying out daily PPM and reactive maintenance tasks
• Responding to emergency callouts
• Demonstrating knowledge of AHU, FCU, UPS, Generators, LV systems, with fault-finding skills
• Managing BMS – Head End Controls
• Maintaining HVAC plant
• Working with VAV and VRV systems
• Water treatment
• Lamping
• PAT testing
