Job Description:

Our client is seeking a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to join their team at Tooting Broadway. The role involves overseeing Mechanical PPMs, reactive maintenance, and other mechanical duties. The position offers a salary of £36,000 plus plenty of overtime, with a clear progression path, pension, and career stability.

Duties:

• Carrying out daily PPM and reactive maintenance tasks
• Responding to emergency callouts
• Demonstrating knowledge of AHU, FCU, UPS, Generators, LV systems, with fault-finding abilities
• Managing BMS – Head End Controls
• Maintaining HVAC plant
• Working with VAV – VRV systems
• Water treatment tasks
• Lamping and PAT testing

Requirements:

• Trade-trained with ideally 3 years’ experience in building services
• City & Guilds Qualified Mechanical
• Motivated to succeed and eager to learn
