Mechanical Maintenance Engineer – Hammersmith

Location: Hammersmith

Salary: £47,000 + Plenty of Overtime

Hours: Monday to Friday Days 8AM – 5PM

Exciting opportunity to work for an established FM Property company based in Hammersmith. PRS are currently recruiting for a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to be based at a large commercial office complex located in Hammersmith. The successful candidate will be a fully qualified Mechanical Maintenance Engineer with a proven track record in commercial/property building maintenance. He or she will be required to carry out M&E/Fabric planned and reactive maintenance/installation across this large static single-person site. Working with the maintenance team on site, he or she will need to have an understanding and hands-on experience of the following:

• Carrying out daily PPM and reactive maintenance tasks
• Carrying out daily emergency callout tasks
• Air conditioning – Air Handling Units / Fan Coil Units (filter changes, cleaning)
• Plumbing – Unblocking toilets
• BMS System – Monitoring (e.g., hot & cold)

Requirements:

• Trade trained with ideally 3 years’ experience in building services
• City & Guilds Qualified Mechanical
• Willingness and desire to succeed and learn
• Good building services knowledge
• A proven track record in commercial or property maintenance
