Mechanical Maintenance Engineer - Fulham - £45,000

£45,000 + Plenty of Overtime

Overview:

Exciting opportunity to work for an established Building Services Company located in Fulham. We are seeking a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to be based in a commercial building. The ideal candidate will be multi-skilled with a proven track record in commercial building maintenance. The company offers a competitive salary, overtime, and the chance to work at a flagship site for a leading FM Service Provider.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform daily PPM and reactive maintenance tasks
  • Handle emergency callouts
  • Monitor mechanical plant including pumps, motors, seals, bearings
  • Maintain air conditioning systems such as air handling units and fan coil units (filter changes, cleaning)
  • Conduct water treatment checks (temperature checks, not dosing)
  • Perform plumbing tasks like unblocking toilets and replacing taps or washers
  • Monitor BMS systems
  • Carry out basic electrical duties (lamp changes, etc.)
  • Maintain general building fabric
  • Escort specialist subcontractors
Requirements:
  • City and Guilds Mechanical Qualifications (Level 2 & 3)
  • Experience in commercial building maintenance
