Mechanical Maintenance Engineer - Fulham - £45,000

Location: Fulham

Salary: £45,000 + Plenty of Overtime

Exciting opportunity to work for an established Building Services Company situated in Fulham. My client is looking for a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to be based in a Commercial Building in Fulham. The successful candidate will be multi-skilled with a proven track record in commercial building maintenance. In return, the company is offering a competitive salary of £45,000, overtime, and the chance to work at this flagship site for a leading FM Service Provider.

The successful candidate will be a fully qualified Mechanical Maintenance Engineer with C&G / NVQ level 2 & 3 and a proven track record in commercial building maintenance. You will be required to carry out M&E Planned and Reactive Maintenance on a single person site responsible for all the landlord services. Working as the only engineer on site, you will be required to have an understanding/hands-on experience of the below. Duties:

1. Carrying out daily PPM and Reactive Maintenance tasks
2. Carrying out daily emergency callout tasks
3. Monitor mechanical plant
4. Pumps, Motors, Seals, Bearings
5. Air Conditioning - Air Handling Units / Fan Coil Unit (Filter changes, cleaning)
6. Water Treatment (Temperature checks / Not dosing)
7. Plumbing - Unblocking toilets, replacing taps, washers etc.
8. Monitor the BMS systems
9. Basic electrical duties (Lamp changes etc.)
10. General building fabric
11. Escort specialist subcontractors

Requirements:

1. City and Guilds Mechanical Qualifications
2. Commercial Building Maintenance Experience
