Exciting opportunity to work for an established Building Services Company situated in Fulham. The client is looking for a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer based in a Commercial Building in Fulham. The successful candidate will be multi-skilled with a proven track record in commercial building maintenance. The company offers a competitive salary of £45,000, overtime, and the chance to work at this flagship site for a leading FM Service Provider.

The successful candidate should be a fully qualified Mechanical Maintenance Engineer with C&G / NVQ level 2 & 3 qualifications and experience in commercial building maintenance. Responsibilities include carrying out M&E Planned and Reactive Maintenance on a single-site, landlord services. As the sole engineer on site, hands-on experience with the following is required:

• Daily PPM and Reactive Maintenance tasks
• Emergency callouts
• Monitoring mechanical plant (pumps, motors, seals, bearings)
• Air conditioning systems (air handling units / fan coil units, filter changes, cleaning)
• Plumbing (unblocking toilets, replacing taps, washers)
• Monitoring BMS systems
• General building fabric maintenance
• Supervising specialist subcontractors

Requirements:

• City and Guilds Mechanical Qualifications
• Experience in commercial building maintenance
