An exciting opportunity to work for an established Building Services Company located in Fulham. The client is seeking a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer for a commercial building in Fulham. The ideal candidate will be multi-skilled with a proven track record in commercial building maintenance. The company offers a competitive salary of £45,000, overtime, and the opportunity to work at a flagship site for a leading FM Service Provider.

The successful candidate must be a fully qualified Mechanical Maintenance Engineer with C&G / NVQ Level 2 & 3 qualifications and experience in commercial building maintenance. Responsibilities include carrying out M&E planned and reactive maintenance on a single-site basis, responsible for landlord services. As the sole engineer on site, you should have hands-on experience with the following:

• Daily PPM and reactive maintenance tasks
• Emergency callout tasks
• Monitoring mechanical plant, pumps, motors, seals, bearings
• Air conditioning systems – air handling units, fan coil units (filter changes, cleaning)
• Plumbing – unblocking toilets, replacing taps, washers, etc.
• Monitoring BMS systems
• General building fabric maintenance
• Supervising specialist subcontractors

Requirements:

• City and Guilds Mechanical Qualifications
