Mechanical Maintenance Engineer - Fulham - £45,000

Location: Fulham

Salary: £45,000 + Plenty of Overtime

Exciting opportunity to work for an established Building Services Company situated in Fulham. My client is looking for a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to be based in a Commercial Building in Fulham. The successful candidate will be multi-skilled with a proven track record in commercial building maintenance. In return, the company offers a competitive salary of £45,000, overtime, and the chance to work at this flagship site for a leading FM Service Provider.

The successful candidate will be a fully qualified Mechanical Maintenance Engineer with C&G / NVQ level 2 & 3 qualifications and a proven track record in commercial building maintenance. You will be responsible for carrying out M&E Planned and Reactive Maintenance on a single-site, landlord services role. Working as the sole engineer on site, you should have hands-on experience and understanding of the following:

• Carrying out daily PPM and reactive maintenance tasks
• Responding to emergency callouts
• Monitoring mechanical plant including pumps, motors, seals, and bearings
• Air conditioning systems - Air Handling Units / Fan Coil Units (filter changes, cleaning)
• Water treatment - temperature checks, not dosing
• Plumbing tasks - unblocking toilets, replacing taps, washers, etc.
• Monitoring BMS systems
• Basic electrical duties such as lamp changes
• General building fabric maintenance
• Escorting specialist subcontractors

Requirements:
