Would you like to work for a leading Facilities Maintenance provider within a Critical Environment?

PRS are currently looking for a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to join a FM service provider who are recruiting for a Critical Site in Hampshire. The successful candidates will be mechanically biased (C&G / NVQ) with a proven track record in commercial building maintenance.

In this strategic role, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining all mechanical and HVAC equipment and systems, supporting a rigorous change management system to ensure 100% uptime. You will monitor and troubleshoot site/plant equipment support systems, including logging and responding to incidents, problems, and changes, as well as site support activities involving mechanical, HVAC, generators, fire alarms, and suppression systems.

Duties:

• Operate and maintain all mechanical and HVAC equipment and systems to ensure 100% uptime
• Monitor and troubleshoot site/plant support systems, respond to incidents, problems, and changes, and support site operations (mechanical, HVAC, generators, fire alarms, suppression systems)
• Utilize operational systems such as BMS, PMS, CMS to maximize efficiency
