Job Description:

SRG is delighted to be working with a leading engineering and manufacturing company based in North Lanarkshire, which is looking to add a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to their expanding team.

The company designs and manufactures parts for the aerospace and defence sectors and is undergoing a sustained period of growth.

The role

As a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer, your primary responsibility will be to ensure the maintenance of production machinery and equipment, carrying out fault finding and repair tasks on a wide variety of equipment, primarily mechanical. You will be expected to work independently and as part of a team to ensure downtime is kept to an absolute minimum on the company's high-volume production facility.

This role operates on an early/back rotational shift pattern with the hours below:

• Early - 6-2 Mon-Thu and Friday 6-4pm
• Back - 2-10 Mon-Thu, Friday off
