Mechanical Maintenance Engineer – Manufacturing

Based in West Berkshire – 3 month rolling contract

Panama Shifts (12hr) – Day and Nights

The day-to-day responsibilities of the Mechanical Maintenance Engineer will involve the following:

• You will be responsible for the upkeep and maintenance of heavy mechanical machinery.
• Reactive maintenance is a priority and will include fault finding and replacing components on a variety of machines such as conveyors, cranes, cookers, slicers, kiln cars, bearings, and chains.
• Preventative maintenance will involve project work and working with a CMMS system to complete planned maintenance.
• Installation and fitting of mechanical components.
