Overview

Mechanical Maintenance Engineer – opportunity to develop into an Engineering Surveyor role focused on testing and inspection of lifting equipment. The package includes a competitive base salary with overtime, car allowance, pension and holiday entitlement, plus world-class training.

Responsibilities
  • Develop expertise in testing and inspecting lifting equipment and mobile plant (MEWPs, excavators, lifting tackle, HIABs, powered access, etc.).
  • Manage your own diary and travel to different sites to inspect equipment for safety and compliance.
  • Learn and perform testing/inspection of pressure systems as part of the progression to an Engineering Surveyor role.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development within a world-leading organisation.
Qualifications
  • HNC or above.
  • Experience maintaining and servicing lifting equipment and mobile plant (MEWPs, excavators, lifting tackle, HIABs, powered access, etc.).
  • Inspection knowledge or background, and familiarity with LOLER and PUWER would be advantageous.
