Job summary

CV Technical in Liverpool is seeking a motivated Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer (Mechanical Bias) to join a market leading site. You will perform reactive and planned maintenance on complex production equipment, work a 4 on 4 off 12-hour shift pattern, days and nights, and report to the engineering manager.

The role covers machine breakdowns, PLC fault finding, and maintenance of sensors, drives, relays and inverters, conveyors and mechanical plant.

Qualifications

• Maintenance experience in industrial plant.
• Electrical qualifications desirable.
• Hydraulics and pneumatics knowledge.
• PLC experience advantageous.
• Mechanical experience desirable.

Responsibilities

• Reactive and Preventive Maintenance.
• Machine breakdown diagnosis and repair.
• PLC fault finding and diagnostics.
• Sensors, drives, relays and inverters maintenance.
• Conveyors, bearings, belts and chains upkeep.
• Adhere to health and safety on site.
