Job summary

CV Technical in Widnes is seeking a Multiskilled Maintenance Engineer with an electrical bias to help keep production lines running smoothly. The role offers double day shifts (06:00-14:00 and 14:00-22:00) and a salary of £35-£40k DOE.

You will perform reactive and planned maintenance, fault finding, and facilities work on a variety of machinery in a manufacturing environment, with training and development opportunities and a supportive engineering team.

Qualifications

• Time Served Apprenticeship completed.
• Relevant engineering qualifications.
• Experience in manufacturing is desirable.
• Food manufacturing experience advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Providing both Reactive & PPM maintenance.
• Working on a variety of machinery.
• Involvement in facilities work.
• Fault finding across electrical and mechanical systems.
• Working in a manufacturing environment.
• Hydraulics and Pneumatics knowledge beneficial.

We are looking for a motivated Multiskilled Maintenance Engineer to join a market leading company in their respective field. Reporting directly to the maintenance manager you will be a key member in ensuring the production facility is kept running. You will be involved in all aspects of planned and reactive maintenance within their operation. With progressive training and development this company is always looking to enhance its employees and their skill sets, whilst additionally being supported by a welcoming team of engineers.
