Job Description:

FINTEC recruit is seeking a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer for our client, a large manufacturer based near Stirling, Central Scotland. This is a permanent position, working day shift, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. Salary is negotiable based on experience, plus benefits.

Responsibilities:

• Mechanical maintenance ensuring the reliability of equipment
• Ensuring maintenance systems are fully utilized and logbooks/reports are completed
• Resolving issues and using data where possible

Skills and Qualifications required for the Mechanical Maintenance Engineer role:

• Qualified to HNC or above in mechanical engineering
• Completion of a 4-year recognized apprenticeship
• Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, lubrication, vibration analysis, and alignment is desirable
