Mechanical Maintenance Engineer

Location: Corby

Salary: £38,000 - £40,000 + Overtime (£50K OTE) + Guaranteed Pay Increase + Pension + Annual Pay Review + Quarterly Bonus + Retail Discounts + Rotating Day Shift

Your Duties

1. Planned and reactive maintenance of processing machinery and ancillary equipment
2. Replace/repair parts and fit bearings/gears
3. Strip downs, inspections, and rebuilds of roll mill stands
4. Mechanical fault finding and testing
5. Rotating shifts, days only including weekends

Your Experience

1. Mechanical maintenance engineer or fitter from a heavy factory environment (backgrounds from Manufacturing, FMCG, Construction, or similar)
2. NVQ Level 3 mechanical qualification or equivalent
3. Strong fitting capabilities with experience using induction heaters and presses
