Mechanical Maintenance Engineer – Bridgend, Cardiff

Are you a skilled Mechanical Maintenance Engineer looking for a Monday-Friday role with excellent pay, benefits, and plenty of overtime opportunities?

What's on Offer?

Salary: £42,000 - £44,000
Bonus: Up to £5,000 annually (50% KPI based – last year, 80% of engineers received the full amount!)
Company Van + Fuel Card (for both personal and business use)
Overtime: Paid at time and a half
Holidays: 33 days (including bank holidays)

Your Role

You’ll be responsible for the pre-planned and reactive maintenance of heavy industrial machinery, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.

Equipment You’ll Work On:

Heavy plant mechanical components

What We’re Looking For
  1. Proven experience in mechanical maintenance in an industrial setting
  2. Knowledge of electrical components (motors, sensors, drives)
  3. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently
  4. Full UK driving licence
