Mechanical Maintenance Engineer

£18.30 per hour + After a 6-month probation period, you will receive an annual fuel allowance of £2000, Private Medical, Pension with 7% employer contribution and 5% employee contribution, Holidays, Overtime Paid at Premium, and Significant Opportunities for Training, Development, and Progression.

Location: Peterhead

Shift Pattern: 4 on 4 off rotating shifts, 6 am to 6 pm.

Role Responsibilities:

• Perform PPM work and reactive breakdown repairs.
• Maintain production machinery in a high-volume environment.
• Work delegated by the Team Leader/Deputy Leader.
• Work on Pneumatics, Hydraulics, Conveyors, Gears, and Bearings. Experience in machining or welding is advantageous but training can be provided.

Candidate Requirements:

• Mechanical competence with the listed equipment.
• Some industrial experience is required. Candidates from ex-forces, manufacturing, or field service backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
