A growing manufacturer in Blackwood is seeking a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to join its multiskilled maintenance team. This role offers structured training and career development opportunities. Qualifications

• Time-served Mechanical Maintenance Engineer with NVQ Level 3 or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide electrical and mechanical support on all lines within the plant.
• Perform equipment testing, fault diagnosis, and repairs.
• Maximize machine availability through effective preventative maintenance.
• Collaborate with team leaders to focus on planned maintenance hours.
• Maintain safety and health standards at all times.
• Implement a Total Quality approach across the site.

Yolk Recruitment is working on behalf of a growing manufacturer with a long-term supply contract to major UK companies. With significant investment planned for 2024-2026, they are recruiting Mechanical Maintenance Engineers to work on a 3-shift pattern.

This role offers the opportunity to join a multiskilled maintenance team with structured training and career development.
