Mechanical Lead - £100m+ Health Project - Kings Cross, London

Partnering with one of Europe’s leading main contractors, we are recruiting a Mechanical Lead to deliver a state-of-the-art health project near Kings Cross in London.

Our client has been established for 100+ years with a successful track record delivering major projects across the UK and Europe in health, commercial, data centres, and public sector, up to £1b, earning them one of the most reputable names in UK construction.

Their health division has a full workbook over the next few years, providing consistent work locally in the area with huge commercial upside to capitalize on, with strong progression accessible for the successful candidate.

Role:

The scope for this position will be leading the mechanical function of the project, hand in glove with the MEP Lead, delivering a MEP package in excess of £50m.

You will be leading the mechanical packages, working with subcontractors and key stakeholders from preconstruction through to delivery.

Technically, you will need to demonstrate a track record of delivering projects of a similar scale within the health, labs, or life science sector.
