Mechanical Laboratory Technician

Our market-leading client, based south of Cambridge, is expanding their operational team. They are a global manufacturer of advanced materials, seeking support in their mechanical laboratory for quality control and testing processes to ensure manufacturing standards are met. This role is vital to their research and development efforts.

This position suits individuals interested in laboratory work, quality testing, research, and continuous improvement. It is shift-based, with 12-hour shifts, paid breaks, averaging 12 shifts per month, with rest periods of up to 6 days between shifts. Overtime is available and paid at higher rates.

This is a six-month temporary-to-permanent role, with benefits including a pension scheme, annual bonus, private medical plans, and career development opportunities.
