Job Description

Urgently seeking a Quality Inspector to be based on-site full-time for approximately 3 months supporting a customer program in Royston. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in an Aerospace Inspection role, performing inspections according to engineering drawings, customer purchase orders, industry standards, and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Visual inspection
• Dimensional inspection using hand measurement equipment
• Review completeness of manufacturing documentation (e.g., CofCs, routers)
• Document inspection and prepare non-conformance reports as necessary
• Update customer systems

Experience Requirements

• Over 2 years of aerospace experience within the last 5 years and at least 3 years in an engineering environment
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings
• Knowledge of geometric dimensioning and tolerancing
• Experience with small, detailed, formed parts
• Knowledge of AS9100 and AS9102 standards (highly advantageous)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
