Job summary

Damicor Ltd is seeking Mechanical Improvers at Heathrow Airport to work on a Baggage & Conveyor project. The role requires prior installation experience on conveyor systems in industrial environments or baggage systems for airports.

Work is 1 year on a night shift (Sunday to Thursday), 7:30pm–5am, 10 hours with 9.5 paid. PAYE direct with benefits including 32 days holiday, private health care and life/accident cover. DBS and Airside Pass will be needed.

Qualifications

• Experience installing conveyor systems in industrial environments or baggage systems for airports.
• Willing to obtain an Airside Pass and DBS Check.
• JIB/ECS Card and IPAF 3a/3b required.

Job description

Damicor are looking for Mechanical Improvers at Heathrow Airport to work on a Baggage & Conveyor project.

It is essential you have prior experience installing either conveyor systems in an industrial environment or baggage systems for Airports.

Length: 1 year

Shift: Nights, Sunday - Thursday

Hours: SUN - THR, 7:30pm - 5am 10 hours, 9.5 paid

Due to the environment All Candidates must Hold the Following to be considered:

• Compliant to live and work in the UK
• Willing to obtain an Airside Pass
• Willing to apply for a DBS Check
• JIB/ECS Card
• IPAF 3a & 3b Rates are inline with JIB Rates - Basic Rates, Overtime and M&E Bonus.
• Minimum of 37.5 hours per week; once completed you will be entitled to the M&E supplement Bonus Scheme.
