Requirements

• Salary between $79,040 to $83,200 depending on experience. Overtime opportunities when available.
• Paid Holidays, PTO accruals at 30 days.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience as an Industrial Mechanical General Foreman with a strong understanding of Industrial Mechanical systems.
• Ability to run several projects on one Industrial site.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to work on tools when needed.
• Ability to mentor Foremen, Journeymen, and apprentices.
• Ability to read schematics and blueprints.
• Assist with planning of work, schedule and cost code reading, structure, development, and material ordering.
• Working knowledge of Procore.
• Basic computer skills.
