Mechanical Fitter (Workshop and Field)

£35,000 - £40,000 + Training + Workshop based with some travel + Progression + Overtime + Pension + Holiday

Commutable from Lymington, Southampton, Bournemouth, Ferndown, Fordingbridge, Verwood, Christchurch and surrounding areas

This company specialise in providing machinery and machine tools to a wide range of clients across the UK and internationally. Due to continued growth they are looking for an engineer to work in their workshop with occasional travel to join their team.

In this role you will be split between the workshop and field based (approx. 75% workshop), carrying out install, maintenance and servicing of a wide range of machine tools, such as CNC machines.

The ideal candidate will be a multi skilled engineer who is happy being both workshop and field based. It would be beneficial to have Machine Tool/ CNC experience but not required.

The Role:
* Monday - Friday - 9:00am - 17:00pm (15:00pm finish on Friday)
* Workshop (75%) and field based (25%) - occasional stays away
* Maintenance and servicing of machine tools

The Person:
* Mechanical experience (electrical beneficial too)
* Machine Tool/ CNC Experience beneficial but not required
*Full UK Driver's license
