JOB OVERVIEW

We have a fantastic new job opportunity for a Mechanical Fitter / Maintenance Engineer with experience of with experience of motor, pump and gearbox installations, commissioning and maintenance.

As a Mechanical Fitter / Maintenance Engineer you will work on a number of interesting projects mainly within the water industry, with a company that specialise in providing complete mechanical engineering services from design and fabrication through to installation.

As a Mechanical Fitter / Maintenance Engineer you will ideally have experience in working with mechanical installations, steel structures & handrailing.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

As the Mechanical Fitter / Maintenance Engineer you will have the following experience:

  • Experience of motor, gearbox installations, commissioning, and maintenance
  • Experience of pump installations, commissioning, and maintenance
  • Happy to work on all aspects of the services provided, such as steelwork and pipework installations
  • Experience working with mechanical installations, steel structures and handrailing would be beneficial
  • You will be predominantly site-based and a full driving licence is essential
  • It is essential that you live within a commutable distance of the Head Office in Newbury, West Berkshire (RG20)
