What are we looking for in an Assembly Fitter?

• Time served Apprenticeship Mechanical Fitter with up to 3 years relevant experience, preferably in heavy manufacturing.
• Understanding and experience of lean manufacturing techniques.
• Team player with high energy and commitment required for participating in and implementing change.
