Job Title: Mechanical Fitter

Area: Thetford

Salary: Excellent Pay Rates with a self-employed option!!! OT available

Shift Pattern: Mon to Fri

Job Type: Full-time, Perm

I am currently seeking a Mechanical Fitter to join my clients small friendly team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and repairing machinery and equipment to ensure smooth operations within their facility.

Qualifications

1. Good level of education.
2. Time served mechanical training with both practical and theory.
3. Maintenance: 2 years (required)
4. Mechanical engineering: 1 year (required)
5. Proven experience working with Hydraulic systems such as pressure washers, plant hydraulics, changing bearings, crane maintenance, rope changes etc.
6. Basic welding skill.
7. Pneumatic pressure systems.
8. Working in a heavy industrial work environment.
9. Farm Plant maintenance.
